We love making our products. And we do our best to make sure that you have all the information that you need to make a decision when it comes time to take a North End product home. But every once in a while a question comes up. Here's the most frequently asked questions.
We make repairs to our own bags, and will evaluate each repair before we can estimate cost and ability. If local, please bring it in. If you are not local, please email us a well-lit photo with detailed description. Turn around depends on the extent of the repair and current production load. We do not accept repairs during the holidays- between Black Friday-Christmas. Example: replacement zipper replacement, strap replacement, hardware malfunction etc.
We offer a full refund or exchange with in 30 days of purchase. Once 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless deemed by the business. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There is a 7% restocking fee on all refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale & Limited Release Items
All sale & limited-release items are final sale. They may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
As of 9/29/2021, Chestnut leather products are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.
At check-out, all orders placed online have an option for shipping or local-pick up. When choosing local-pick-up, you will receive an order confirmation upon purchase. Once your order is made and ready for pick-up, you will be notified via email/call. You will be notified at least 3 times, if you have not picked-up your item within 70 days, the item will be re-stocked and no refund will be issued.
When shipping, you will receive an emailed-order confirmation upon purchase and a second email once your order has shipped. Please allow at least 10 days for production before your bag is shipped.
All custom orders will be accepted on a case by case basis with a turn-around that is dependent upon our currently production load. Using our currently existing styles, leather and canvas colors, strap length, and adjustments can generally be accommodated. No custom orders will be accepted during the holiday rush, between Black Friday & New Years.

At this time, we are not offering shipping internationally but we ship to all U.S. Territories and Canada.
All of our products are made of waxed canvas, veg tanned leather, brass hardware, and a denim liner interior. These strong and trusted materials ensure a sturdy product for everyday use and a longevity that is unmatched.
Every one of our products are proudly hand-made here in Virginia Beach, by our seamstresses and hardware specialists using these raw materials listed above.
