Returns and Refunds
We offer a full refund or exchange with in 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. Once 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless deemed by the business. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
There is a 7% restocking fee on all refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sale, Limited Release, & Personalized Items
All sale & limited-release items are final sale. They may not be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
As of 9/29/2021, Chestnut leather products are not eligible for exchange, refund, or return.
Any bags that have been customized or personalized are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Customizations and personalizations are any changes made to the bag per the request of the customer that are not included in the original design of the bag. These changes can include but are not limited to lengthening or shortening of straps or handles; the addition of D-rings or attachments; monograms or initials of any kind, etc.
